Graduate Power Engineering Scholarships
Power
engineers play a critical role in the research and development
of electric power systems, electricity markets, power
electronics, and electric motor drives. IIT has created
graduate power engineering scholarships to provide tuition
and stipend awards for outstanding Master and Ph.D.
candidates. The graduate scholarships are $30,000 per
year.
Graduate
Scholarships Eligibility Requirements:
- Full-time
graduate student at IIT.
- Demonstrated
an interest in power engineering through course selections,
independent projects, or professional experience.
- Enrolled
in Master of Science Electrical Engineering, Master
of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Master of
Electricity Markets, Ph.D. degree program with a power
major/specialization.
Expected
to perform graduate-level research and write a thesis
in the power field.
