The mission of the Electric Power and Power Electronic Center (EPPEC) is to make a leading contribution to the cause of ensuring that the nation continues to enjoy a reliable and economic supply of electricity, while meeting the new challenges of pollution prevention and reduction, restructuring and competition, and infrastructural inadequacies.
